How this started
Hanetics grew out of building and running systems for other people's projects. The work kept sliding under those projects: the servers, the routing, the incidents. At some point that layer was the job.
We did not set out to be an agency. We set out to keep boxes up. GDPR is the baseline on every job, not a column on a slide.

How we work
We are a small crew. The same people who SSH the machines also answer hey@hanetics.com and +49 1521 6670952. You reach ops directly.
Standard servers you order yourself. Register in the Panel, pick a VPS or dedicated box in Frankfurt, go. No quote round-trip for that path.
Transit, DDoS, custom hardware, and ops that need a person start with a conversation. We say if it fits, and for that work the price is in writing before you commit.

What you can trust
We host and operate for teams that want predictable German infrastructure. A VPS or a dedicated box. Transit when a real path matters. Ops when you want the people who run the kit to stay on the job.
If the traffic is dirty, scrubbing sits with Templass. We keep the machines behind that clean path. We stay small on purpose. If we are the wrong shop, we say so.
