Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to servers, IP transit, DDoS protection, and managed operations provided by Hanetics. It sits next to the Terms. If a use puts the network or other customers at risk, we will act.

Use the service for lawful purposes only. Activity that is illegal in Germany or the European Union is not allowed. That includes fraud, unlicensed copyright abuse, and content that is otherwise prohibited by law.

Do not attack other networks or hosts. No scanning for weakness, no flooding, no malware, no open relays, no spam. If your traffic is used as a launch point, we will stop it.

Do not run workloads that damage shared infrastructure or burn reputation we cannot recover. If a box is clearly compromised, we will isolate it and tell you.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate a service that breaks this policy. Where we can, we will warn first. Some cases do not wait.
